We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

Infusion spirals provide simple and fast extraction of oak aroma and flavour at a fraction of the price of a barrel. They are also really easy to add to bottles or a carboy and remove afterwards, there is no need to filter out chips.

These can used in spirits, wine, beer and cider.

  • Wine: Use 1 spiral per 11 to 23 L for 6 weeks or until desired flavour is achieved. 
  • Beer, spirits and cider: Use 1 spiral per 11 L for 3 - 6 weeks or until desired flavour is achieved.
  • Two per pack.

For use with the 11.5L Carboy or the 23L Carboy.

PRO TIP: Oak used in Brandy can then be used in Rum to give it different notes. Or Bourbon/Whiskey used ones in a stout/porter.
