Cheese wraps for ageing and storing home made cheese. A hard cheese needs to breathe as it matures; sealed in plastic it sweats and spoils, left bare it dries and cracks. Mad Millie's two-ply wraps let moisture escape while keeping the rind from drying out, which is what a cheese cave does at a fraction of the effort.

The 240mm x 240mm sheets suit a wheel from the moulds in our moulds range. Silver and white are the same wrap in two finishes. Ten sheets per pack.
