Water Filtration

Clean water is the starting point for everything we sell. Whether you're building a brewing water profile from a blank slate, running a sparkling water tap in the kitchen, or just want the chlorine out of what comes from the sink, the right filtration setup makes a bigger difference than most people expect.

For drinking and sparkling water: a twin under-sink housing with a sediment cartridge and a coconut carbon block. This removes grit, chlorine, taste and odour while leaving the mineral content alone. It's what you want feeding a Benchy Sparkling or any chilled water tap. Carbonating chlorinated water only concentrates the flavours you're trying to remove.

For brewing: reverse osmosis. RO strips your water back to near-zero dissolved solids so you can build the exact profile a recipe calls for. Ideal on the brew day, and deliberately not what you want coming out of a kitchen tap, where the result tastes flat and hollow.
