REFUNDS

Refunds will be given if the product is defective, or if you change your mind and wish to return un-used goods.

If the product is defective, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also credit you back for your return postage fees.

If you've simple changed your mind and wish to return your order, we will process your refund once you goods have been received and re-stocked. In this case, you will be responsible for return postage fees. This applies only to un-used goods, used goods cannot be returned if you change your mind.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS 

Both sale and regular priced items may be returned and refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you change your mind so long as the goods are un-used. If the item is defective, we will credit the return shipping costs. If the item has been damaged in transit and you have taken out freight protection, we will credit the return shipping costs. If the item is damaged in transit and you have not taken out freight protection, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you change your mind and wish to return un-used goods, your will be responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You are required to use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
