Grain & Malt Per 25KG Sack

Buy your base malt by the sack, because it makes up most of every grain bill: pilsner or Victorian pale for lagers, pale ale malt or Golden Promise for ales, and Gladfield Distillers Malt for whisky washes. Specialty malts such as crystal, chocolate and roasted barley are used in small amounts, so a sack only makes sense if you brew those styles often.

Keep it sealed, cool, dry and off the floor, away from pests. Whole grain keeps much longer than milled grain.
