Christmas Cut Off
For standard delivery, please order by 16th December 2023 for possible delivery before Christmas. For Express Post, please order by 20th December 2023 for possible delivery before Christmas. Please refer to the table below for cut offs by state which will give you a better idea of your chances. Please note that delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
Dispatch Closure
Our last working day before Christmas will be Thursday the 21st of December and we will reopen on Tuesday the 2nd of January. You can still place orders within these dates, however they will not be processed or dispatched until we reopen. As we reopen, please bear with us while we work through any backlog from our shut-down period. Customer service will remain available on the working days over the holiday period.
Christmas Shut Down & Order Cut-Off Dates 2023
In order to increase your chances of receiving your deliveries in time for Christmas, please refer to the table below for order cut-off times. Any orders placed after these times may or may not arrive prior to Christmas.
We have two warehouses, one in Melbourne and one in Brisbane. Your order might ship from one or the other, or both. For our free, flat-rate and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated time from dispatch based on working days from our main warehouse in Brisbane are as follows:
QLD Metro: 1 – 2 days
QLD North: 2 – 4 days
QLD Country: 2 – 6 days
SA Metro: 3 – 5 days
SA Country: 4 – 8 days
NSW Metro: 2 – 3 days
NSW Country: 2 – 7 days
ACT: 2 – 4 days
VIC Metro: 3 – 5 days
VIC Country: 3 – 7 days
TAS: 5 – 10 days
NT Metro: 3 – 6 days
NT Country: 5 – 10 days
WA: 5 – 10 days
For our Express Post deliveries:
ALL Metro: 1 day
ALL Country: 2 – 3 days
Please note, these are estimated shipping times. Weather, human error and other unforeseen circumstances can slow down your order. You will get an online tracking link to follow the progress of your order. If you need your order urgently, we encourage you to select the Express Post option at checkout.
If you suspect any problems or your order has not arrived by the ETA date, please contact us so we can follow it up. If you would like some more clarity around dispatch times including ETAs of goods shipping from our Melbourne warehouse, please contact us.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Failure to do this indicates you are happy with the shipment received and only warranty claims will be addressed after this date.
