Please note: For optimal use of the RAPT Pill, charge it for a full 24 hours before use. This guarantees a fully charged and properly calibrated battery. When connecting the RAPT Pill to wifi via USB-C, the firmware will automatically update to the latest version (if necessary). Please ensure the Pill is connected to both USB-C and a 2.4gHz network to receive firmware updates.

Pill Housing Design
The RAPT Pill housing includes numerous benefits compared to other wireless hydrometers. It is made from durable BPA Free Nylon 12 and Polyketone(POK), both of which are food grade and FDA approved. They are also free of BPA and other types of bisphenol, plasticisers, and phthalates. Additionally, the materials are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals, making them incredibly sturdy. *Accuracy will be effected if solids are stuck to the outside of the pill hydrometer. If you shake the fermenter from time to time this generally helps to wash hops and solid chunks of krausen off the body of the Pill and through the fermentation these will generally drop to the bottom of the fermenter.
