We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. Discover Canada's first patented, proprietary hop variety - Sasquatch. Its name embodies the rugged mountain terrain of its origin and the massive hop cones it produces. As a versatile dual-purpose hop, it can enhance any stage of the brewing process - from bittering and late boil additions to whirlpools and dry-hopping. Unleash its unique orange, tea, lemon, and citrus notes by pairing it with complementary hops like Citra, Cascade, Centennial, or Mandarina Bavaria. For a more floral tea taste, try pairing it with Amarillo or Perle. Don't shy away from using this variety in a variety of beer styles, as it's ideal for lagers, wheats, and even hop-forward styles like IPA's and NEIPA's. For a big hop-forward brew, consider pairing Sasquatch with another hop variety for maximum flavour infusion.
