T500 Pro Copper Condenser is the Still Spirits Create+ all-in-one reflux column and condenser, made from T2-grade copper with stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. It reaches up to 93% ABV and recovers up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash, for clean neutral spirit for vodka or as a base for gin and flavoured spirits, and it can also distil water. It fits the Create+ 25L boiler and Grainfather G30, G40 and G70 brewing systems.

How to use
- Fill a Create+ 25L boiler or Grainfather G30, G40 or G70 with your cleared wash.
- Fit the T500 Pro to the boiler with the 2" tri-clamp and silicone seal.
- Connect the cooling water to the cold finger and product condenser.
- Put the alarm thermometer probe in the thermowell and set high and low alerts.
- Heat the boiler and collect the spirit, watching the vapour temperature.
FAQ
Is a boiler included?
No. This is the column and condenser only. It fits the Create+ Boiler 25L and Grainfather G30, G40 and G70 systems.
Why copper and stainless saddles?
The packing optimises vapour reflux, and copper in the spirit path reduces unwanted compounds for a cleaner, smoother spirit. The combination also helps remove impurities when distilling water.
How much water does it save?
Up to 30% compared with the original T500, depending on usage.
Can I take it apart for cleaning?
Yes. The cold finger cooling coil is removable and the product condenser detaches.

- The adaptor supplied is designed to fit onto a modern kitchen tap and there is an additional 20mm BSP adapter supplied, suitable for external threaded taps, such as outdoor/laundry taps or washing machine connections.
