Experience a hop-forward beer like no other with CellarScience's HAZY New England Ale Yeast. This remarkable yeast enhances the tropical and fruity flavors of your hops, infusing your brew with enticing notes of peach, citrus, mango, and passionfruit. For maximum impact, let it ferment at the upper end of its temperature range, resulting in a hazy and distinct appearance. Perfect for crafting flavorful New England IPAs and Hazy Pale Ales. Our yeast undergoes PCR testing to guarantee a contamination-free batch every time. Elevate your brews with HAZY.

Dosage: A single sachet can treat a 19-23L batch. For larger batches, use 0.5-0.8g per Liter. We suggest rounding up to a full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. [50-80g per 100L]

The HAZY yeast from CellarScience can be easily added to your wort without any need for oxygenation during the initial fermentation process. This is made possible through our expertly crafted dry yeast, which boasts high viability and sterol levels thanks to our specialized aerobic growth process. For a guaranteed successful and thorough fermentation, our HAZY yeast comes pre-loaded with vital nutrients. While not mandatory, some brewers may choose to rehydrate the yeast for optimal results. Simply sanitize the yeast brick and scissors, then mix 10 grams of sterilized tap water (between 29-35°C) with 0.25 grams of FermStart (Yeast Nutrient) per gram of yeast. Pour the yeast on top of the water and let it sit for 20 minutes before swirling. Finally, adjust the temperature to within 6°C of the wort before pitching and ferment at temperatures between 17-24°C.
