Cocktails! Make a Whisky Sour with Still Spirits Classic Finest Reserve Scotch Whiskey

Your grandaddy's grandad was probably one of the first people to drink a whisky sour. I was invented sometime in the 1860's in Wisconsin, USA. It is believe a young man by the name of Elliott Stubb created it, based on a citation in a Peruvian newspaper in 1962.

  • 1 1/2 shots of Still Spirits Classic Finest Reserve Scotch Whiskey
  • 2 shots of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of sugar or 3/4 shot of simple syrup
  • Maraschino cherry or lemon wedge for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.Still Spirits Classic Finest Reserve Scotch Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar and shake vigorously. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry or lemon wedge. Serve.
