The T500 Pro Still is the Still Spirits T500 copper reflux condenser on a Create+ 25L boiler. It distils a 25L wash to up to 93% ABV with about 95% alcohol recovery, giving about 8L of 40% spirit per batch for gin, vodka and white rum. It also distils water and hydrosols.

How it works
Vapour from the boiler rises through the copper column, where repeated condensing and re-boiling separates the alcohol from water and flavour compounds. Copper also strips sulphur compounds from the vapour. What comes off the condenser is clean neutral spirit ready to filter and flavour. Halve the boiler power with the second switch for finer control.
How to use
- Ferment and clear a 25L wash (6kg sugar).
- Fill the boiler, fit the column and connect cooling water.
- Run the still and collect the spirit.
- Filter, dilute to 40% and flavour.
FAQ
Does it include a fermenter and yeast?
No, this is the still only. For a complete kit, see the T500 Pro Starter Plus Pack.
Can I make whisky or rum with it?
It is built for clean neutral spirit. For flavour-forward spirits, add an alembic pot still dome and condenser to the same boiler.
Do I need running water?
Yes, the condenser is water cooled through the faucet adaptor.
