Portable Keg Setup - Great Beginners Keg System

This is an inexpensive way to get into kegging. We include Duotight Push Ins to make the installation easier.

Installation Instructions:

1. Attach the MK4 Regulator to the CO2 Gas cylinder.

2. Cut a piece of beer/gas line (it doesnt matter what the lenth of your gas line is) and then join one side to the regulator and the other side to the grey coloured plastic ball lock disconnect.

3. Get another piece of beer/gas line and join one side on the black ball lock disconnect and the other side on the bronco tap. To get the necessary amount of flow resistance you will need a 3meter length of 5mm ID beer line for this job.  

4. OPTIONAL HACK METHOD: Alternatively if you stretch the beer line the internal diameter (ID) will be reduced and your line resistance will increase significantly. This will allow you to use a very short piece of beer line that will probably be a bit more tidy. To do this cut a short 20cm piece of beer line and join both ends as described in step 3 above. Then firmly hold a section of the beer line between two and and stretch the beer line with some significant force. The reduction in beer line diameter will allow you to get the same level of flow resistance in a very short piece of beer line.

DO NOT USE BLEACH TO CLEAN. Bleach will break down stainless steel and causing pitting to occur. This is not covered under warranty.
