Mosaic hops are known for their complex and vibrant profile. This hop variety, released in 2012, features a triple-use profile encompassing bittering, flavour, and aroma. With high alpha acids and low cohumulone, they offer a pleasantly hoppy taste that incorporates notes of mango, pine, citrus, and herbs, as well as a tantalizing aroma of tropical and stone fruit. Some have even humorously referred to them as "Citra on steroids."
