With some styles (NEIPAs - I'm looking at you) it's almost essential: having the right balance of Calcium Chloride to Sulphate will give you the soft, full mouthfeel that is considered to be defining, style wise.

1 x Calcium Chloride (Pickle Crisp) - 500g
1 x Calcium Hydroxide (Slaked Lime) - 500g
1 x Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts) - 500g
1 x Phosphoric Acid 85% - 500ml
