A sweet, purple schnapps with the full taste of blackberries.
Add essence and 650ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Schnapps Base (made up as per Schnapps Base Pack instructions. Alternatively 180ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water. Gluten Free.
Cocktail Suggestion: Blackberry Martini
It’s an indulgent drink that starts out with the sweetness of blackberry and finishes with the tartness of cranberry.
Recipe
- 30mL Top Shelf Vodka
- 30mL Top Shelf Blackberry Schnapps
- 30mL Cranberry juice
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
