The Astra Peel-a-ton is a compact, table-top model, can peel approximate 400 fruits per hour. It can peel in different ways, for example if you are making limoncello, it can peel only the very surface of a lemon. Or it can peel the whole skin, leaving only the fruit. If you need to peel between 100 - 1000 fruits per day, this is the machine for you.
Not like a common peeling machine, the Astra Peel-a-ton uses a peeler blade and traces the human moves of peeling. This means the peeling quality is same as human hand peeling, and the speed is lot faster and stable. This technology is very useful for Liquor such as Limoncello, several distilleries around the world use this peeling machine for their products. For example, this machine is used in:
