Filled with an abundance of myrcene, Amarillo hops are globally recognized for their irresistible, tangy orange zest taste. This strain, originating from Virgil Gamache Farms, Inc., is known for its high acidity, making it a prime selection for ESB's and Pale Ales. Similar to the Cascade hop but with more intensity, Amarillo offers a burst of vibrant citrus flavors and subtle floral hints. Ideal for adding to any stage of the brewing process, from the boil to dry hopping.
