Created using high-quality spring barley. Ideal for enhancing the red hues in red ales and Vienna lagers. Has a subtle scent and adds a soft maltiness and body to the final beer. Flavor profile includes sweet maltiness with hints of caramel, honey, and biscuit. Unique double drying technique gives Dingemans Special B a distinctive aroma and taste. Known for its rich caramel flavor, it is often responsible for the raisin-like notes found in Belgian abbey ales. Can be used as a substitute for bitter chocolate or black malt.
