Make sure to conduct a water pressure test before using this pressurized vessel. To do so, simply fill your FermZilla with water and apply at least 15psi pressure. Check for any potential leaks by tipping the vessel in all directions, especially around the cap and threads. It's important to repeat this step every time you fill the fermenter to ensure a leak-proof connection.
