Cocktail Series: Top Shelf Tennessee Whiskey
Top Shelf Tennessee Whiskey is a smooth and complex American style whiskey with lingering woody notes. Our friends at Bundaberg Brewed Drinks have come up with this fantastic cocktail using their signature Ginger beer.
Sugarcane Sour
Ingredients
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 60ml Top Shelf Tennessee Whiskey
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 10ml ginger liquor
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 15ml red wine (shiraz preferred)
Step 1: Add all ingredients bar red wine into shaker.
Step 2: Shake and strain into tall glass.
Step 3: Float red wine on top.
Step 4: Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
Step 5: Enjoy your drink.
