Cocktails! Make a Valencia with Still Spirits Top Shelf Apricot Brandy

Apricot brandy is one of those things you don't quite know what to do with, yet it's such a versatile ingredient for a variety of cocktails. Our favourite is the Valencia, a beautiful sweet and sour orange drink that will have you pinning for Spanish paella. 

1 1/2 shots of Still Spirits Top Shelf Apricot Brandy
3 shots of orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters


Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a tall glass, and serve.
