Cocktails! Make a Death in the Afternoon with Still Spirits Top Shelf Absinthe
A cocktail created by no less than Hemingway himself.
His advice, circa 1935: "Pour one jigger absinthe into a Champagne glass. Add iced Champagne until it attains the proper opalescent milkiness. Drink three to five of these slowly." Well, if it's good enough for Hemingway, it's good enough for this blog. The instructions are simple: Grab a champagne glass, add 3 tablespoons of Still Spirits Top Shelf Absinthe and top up with champagne or sparkling wine.
