WLP4044 Hazy Daze II is a proprietary blend of four Saccharomyces cerevisiae ale strains, designed for juicy hazy IPAs with fruity complexity. It produces stone fruit (peach, apricot, nectarine), tropical fruit (mango, guava) and grapefruit citrus esters, and compared with the original Hazy Daze blend it ferments faster and finishes at a slightly lower gravity. With PurePitch Next Generation, you can now easily pitch at a professional level with double the recommended pitching rate of 7.5 million cells/mL without the need for a starter. It's the perfect choice for homebrewers and small scale brewers looking for consistency and convenience. Simply twist the cap and pitch like a pro!
