How to use
- Taste or test the acidity of the must or wine.
- Dissolve 1 teaspoon per 5 litres in a little of the juice.
- Stir it in, then taste or re-test before adding more.

Start at 1 teaspoon per 5 litres and adjust as required. Add in small steps; acid is easy to add and hard to take out.
Is tartaric acid the same as cream of tartar?
No. Cream of tartar is potassium bitartrate, a salt of tartaric acid.
