FAQ
Why rinse with citric acid after sterilising?
Many sterilisers are alkaline. A citric acid rinse adjusts the pH of the rinse water so equipment is left neutral.
Citric or tartaric acid for wine?
Tartaric is the usual choice for grape wine. Citric suits fine-tuning fruit and country wines.
