- Sufficient Capacity: This alcohol still provides you with a fermentation capacity of 5 gallons. Boiler barrel: 11. 8" X 11. 8" (30 x 30 cm), condenser: 7.9" X 4.3" (20 x 11 cm), thumper: 7" X 4" (18 x 10 cm), which can ferment up to 19 liters of raw materials. Perfect for family-together parties. All parts are made of food-grade materials, including silicone, stainless steel, and copper.
- Rapid Cooling: The distillery kit adopts an open cooling method. The copper coil has rapid thermal conductivity and has a large contact area with the coolant, providing a lower distillation temperature. A circulating water pump is attached to save cooling water. The rubber pad under the condenser can insulate and accelerate cooling.
- Easy to Operate: The alcohol still kit has a real-time thermometer on the lid, with a dual-display of Celsius and Fahrenheit, which is convenient for monitoring the temperature of the wine during the distillation process. You can put spices in the thumper keg to add flavors to your alcohol, improving its taste to your satisfaction without the professional flavoring technology.
- Durable & Tight Seal: Unlike regular tubes, we use food-grade silicone tubes, which are flexible and tough, and are not easy to bend to ensure a good seal. Four buckles and silicone gaskets inside the lid help to seal tightly. In addition, the package has a one-way exhaust valve, which can be easily used during the fermentation process.
- Versatile Application: There are many ways to use our alcohol still kit. "Very good beginner system, though I wish the boiler had some temperature control. I’m going to have to upgrade that in the future, as it just goes 100% at all times. That said the boiler is multipurpose in that it’s great for boiling the mash before fermentation and then used for distillation."

- Hello. I’m looking for my best option for predominately water distilling. I have a hydrogen gas machine and need pure water with. 0.00 micron reading. I’m also keen to have a go at distilling other things. I am not sure which device is my best bet. It will be used daily if it’s a 4 litre every 4-5 hours job. The more it makes efficiently the better. Many thanks, Julia.
- Hi Julia, our stills could not meet this requirement. You are needing a 5 stage RO filter or a commercial quality milliQ or DI unit.
- hi with the Still Spirits Alchemist Series: Alembic Pot Condenser, Dome Top and Boiler I read that you use a mash for the distilling is this the only way or is it suitable for putting wine that is no longer suitable for drinking through Martin
- Hi Martin, this unit will retain the flavours of whatever is distilled, so if you put old wine in it, it will come out with the flavours of that wine.
