We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. An amber ale from Two Birds Brewing, made with Grain & Grape: a seven-malt grist with Melanoidin and Munich for depth, bittered with Warrior and finished with Galaxy and Cascade.
Forty IBU on a 1.054 wort puts this at the assertive end of amber. The malt bill is what keeps it balanced — caramalt and a small roast addition give it enough body to carry that bitterness without tasting thin.
