We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

A New England IPA brewed with Co-Conspirators and Grain and Grape: pale malt with wheat, Vienna and flaked oats, and a late charge of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic.
Nineteen IBU is remarkably low for an IPA and it is what makes this a NEIPA rather than a West Coast. Almost all the hop goes in late, so you get the fruit without the bite, and the oats keep the body soft.

What you get

There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Brewed with Co-Conspirators and Grain and Grape.
