FAQ

What makes a London Dry gin?

A juniper-led gin with coriander, citrus and root botanicals, which is exactly what this blend contains.

Do I need the botanical basket?

It's designed for it. Vapour infusion through the basket gives a cleaner, brighter gin than steeping.

Can I add my own botanicals?

Yes. Use this blend as the base and add small amounts of your own to make it yours.

See the gin range, our guide to making gin and the botanical basket instructions.

Q&A

I have brought a 50gm pack of gin botanicals it doesn't inform me to what part of spirits i need to add? I have brought the mad millie gin kit and they said to add 10gm = 1lt of vodka therefore 50gm = 5lts Would this be the same equation?
Hi Ryan, the botanicals in this kit are designed for use with the botanicals basket: https://distilleryking.com.au/products/botanical-basket-for-turbo-500-and-alembic You put all the botanicals inside for one full boil which will make 8L of 40%, so the entire package can be used to make 8L of spirit.
How many litres approx of spirits will a 50g packet of botanicals flavour
Hey Ryan! These packs are designed for one batch in the Turbo 500 so out of a 25L wash you'll get around 8L of 40% gin :)
