How to use
- Fit the cartridge in the filter unit between the two reservoirs.
- Dilute your spirit as per the instructions and pour it into the upper reservoir.
- Let it run through the cartridge into the lower reservoir.
- Draw off filtered spirit from the outlet and replace the cartridge each batch.

- can this be used with an all grain whisky or is it just for a sugar wash?
- Hi Greg, this is for filtering a pure spirit from a sugar wash, or polishing a vodka or the pure alcohol prior to a gin run. You do not use this for all grain whiskey, or any other alcohol where you want to retain the flavours.
