"We started with the AirStill about 18 months ago and have made some pretty interesting spirits over that time, including some quite tasty botanicals. Moving to the Pro however is a game changer for us. Now being able to distil in reflux mode and not have to stand around measuring the output is a great bonus. The Pro is easy and convenient to use, gives an output of around 80% and produces a clean spirit. Recommended!"
