The Selection series gives winemakers the opportunity to make great wines from round the word. Featuring grape varietals juices and concentrates from some of the finest growing regions in the world, these kits produce high quality wines that you can enjoy one month after bottling.
Selection Australian Cabernet Sauvignon
The bold, individualistic style of Australia’s winemakers has unleashed the full potential behind the king of red grapes’, captured here in our Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Combines forward fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with a tremendous backing of tannin and structure. Rich and polished with a long, layered finish warmly accentuated with oak.
The wine kit making comes with everything you need to make 23L (which will result in approx. 30x 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:
- Juice Concentrate (16L)
- Yeast
- Stabilizers
- Clarifying Agents
- Oak (only if the style calls for it)
- Full Set of Instructions
This is a 18 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
