We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. The Pizza Night Bundle has everything for a first night of proper Neapolitan-style pizza at home except the toppings: a HIZO G14 gas pizza oven in Stealth Black, a perforated pizza peel, two bags of Caputo 00 flour and two tins of DOP San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce. It's a good fit for the backyard cook who has the barbecue sorted and wants something new.
What's included
- 1 x HIZO G14 Gas Pizza Oven (Stealth Black) - heats to 500°C and cooks a pizza in one to two minutes. Built-in gas ignition, adjustable heat dial, retractable legs, no assembly needed.
- 1 x 12 Inch Perforated Pizza Peel - 30cm x 80cm overall, perforated to shake off excess flour, long handle
- 2 x Caputo Pizzeria 00 Flour 1kg - milled for Neapolitan-style dough and suited to long ferments, including 24 hours
- 2 x San Marzano Tomatoes DOP 400g - grown and packed in Italy, few seeds and firm flesh that cooks down into a rich sauce
How to use
- Make your dough with the Caputo flour a day ahead if you can; it handles a long ferment well.
- Crush the San Marzano tomatoes with a little salt for a simple sauce.
- Fire up the G14 and let the stone heat through.
- Stretch the dough, top it, slide it in with the peel and turn it as it cooks. It only needs a minute or two.
The gas bottle is not included. More ovens and tools are in our pizza oven range.
