Signature on delivery is available for an extra $3. Australia Post options are also shown at checkout where available.
We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

Wai-iti hops offer a burst of bright, refreshing citrus notes that perfectly complement a range of beer styles. With hints of lime, lemon, and mandarin oranges, these hops are an ideal addition to Pale, IPA, or Wheat brews. As a modern triploid hop, Wai-iti delivers a punch of lime and stone fruit flavors. Developed in 2011 alongside Kohatu by New Zealand Plant & Food Research, this hop boasts higher beta acids than alpha acids, low cohumulone levels, and a robust oil content. Its lineage includes renowned varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrüh as a 1/3 parent and Liberty as its grandparent. Despite its low alpha content, low cohumulone, and high farnesene, Wai-iti offers a gentle bitterness and potential suitability for single-hop beers. When used as a mid-late addition, Wai-iti's citrus aromas take a back seat to a more prominent stone fruit presence
