We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

An Australian pacific ale: pale, hazy-leaning and led by Galaxy, with the bitterness kept right down so the passionfruit and citrus sit in front. A good first fresh wort kit if you mostly drink summer ales.
Sixteen IBU is low even for the style, and that is the point — the hop is doing aroma work, not bittering work. If you want more of it, dry hop with Galaxy or Eclipse once fermentation slows.

What you get
- 16.5 L of pre-boiled, sealed wort in a cube
- No yeast — a clean ale strain lets the Galaxy through
There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Dry hops are not included either, if you want to push the aroma further.
