FAQ
How much spirit does one bottle of Top Shelf Ouzo Spirit Essence flavour?
One bottle flavours 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, enough for three standard 750mL bottles.
Can I use store-bought vodka instead of home-made neutral spirit?
Yes. Any clean, neutral 40% ABV spirit or vodka works as the base.
How do you drink ouzo?
Usually with chilled water and ice, which turns it cloudy white.
