We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

A New Zealand pilsner: all pilsner malt, bittered with Perle and given its flavour entirely by Motueka. It suits a lager brewer who wants lime and lemongrass rather than the herbal Saaz character of a Czech pils.
A 100% pilsner grist gives the hop nothing to hide behind, which is why the whole flavour hop charge here is a single variety. If you want more of that character, Riwaka is the dry hop the recipe is built to take.

- Original gravity: 1.059 undiluted, or 1.050 with 3 L of water added
- Bitterness: 34 IBU
- Style: New Zealand pilsner
- Hops: Perle for bittering, Motueka for flavour; Riwaka suggested for dry hopping
- Malt: pilsner malt 100%
What you get
- 16.5 L of pre-boiled, sealed wort in a cube
- No yeast — a clean lager strain such as W-34/70 or S-189 suits it
There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Lager yeast needs a cold, stable fermentation, so plan for fridge space.
