How to use
- Ferment (5 to 7 days): clean and sanitise the fermenter, then mix the Turbo Sugar, water and Classic 6 Turbo Yeast in it.
- Clear the wash with Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear and check it with the wash hydrometer.
- Distil (about 5 hours): pour the wash into the Create+ boiler with Distiller's Conditioner and boil enhancers, connect the cooling water and run it through the T500 Pro.
- Check strength with the alcometer, then filter through the EZ Filter.
- Flavour (about 5 minutes): add an essence and dilute to drinking strength.

Is the T500 Pro suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The kit comes with step-by-step instructions, video guides and everything needed for a first batch, which most customers complete within a week of receiving it.
How is the T500 Pro different from the standard T500?
It uses 30% less cooling water, has a T2-grade copper and stainless column, a digital alarm thermometer, a detachable condenser and 2" tri-clamp fittings.
How does it compare with the Air Still Pro?
The T500 Pro makes about 8L per batch against 700ml from the Air Still Pro. The T500 Pro reaches up to 93% ABV in reflux mode; the Air Still Pro reaches up to 90% ABV in reflux mode or up to 80% ABV in pot still mode.
Do I need running water?
Yes, you need a tap for cooling water. Adaptors for kitchen taps and garden hoses are included.

- What is the difference between this and the previous generation T500 condenser ?
- Hi Simon, the NEXT GENERATION Copper Turbo 500 is a solid copper condenser unlike the previous generation which is stainless steel. Copper removes more sulfur from the wash and makes a smoother spirit.

- Hi Terry, we operate a backorder system and so the ETA in the title is when the order should ship. For example we have just finished shipping late August orders, and next orders to ship will be those that said shipping early September when purchased.

I have no clue about it so this might sound like a silly question.. but with the super pack will he be able to make vodka from what is included or do i need to purchase a separate pack? Thanks Sam.
- Hi Sam, there's no such thing as a silly question! This pack has the ingredients to make one batch of pure alcohol. When you water this down to 40% it becomes vodka and makes around 8L, however there is no vodka essence included, so you may want to add additional vodka essences to use with this pack.
