We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

A milkshake IPA: a hazy IPA with lactose in the grist, so it finishes sweeter and thicker than a standard IPA. Simcoe and Galaxy over pilsner, pale, Carapils, flaked oats and wheat.
Lactose is the reason the style exists. Brewer's yeast cannot ferment it, so it stays in the beer as residual sweetness and body — which is also why this one is not a beer for anyone avoiding dairy.

What you get
- 16.5 L of pre-boiled, sealed wort in a cube
- No yeast — a hazy or New England ale strain suits it
There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Contains lactose, so it is not suitable if you are avoiding dairy.
