This pack includes step-by-step instructions to guide you in crafting your very own blend of Gin using the Air Still Pro, Air Still, T500 Reflux Still or T500 Alembic Pot Still. 
Craft three different styles: 

  • London Dry Style Gin: Makes a bright, crisp, and refreshing London Dry style gin with notes of pine and citrus, and a warm pepperiness on the palate.  
  • Mint Leaf Style Gin: Makes a refreshingly crisp mint leaf style gin, juniper forward with bright notes of citrus and mint.  
  • Rosemary Style Gin: A deliciously aromatic and flavourful gin with strong notes of juniper and rosemary, and bright notes of citrus.

Ingredients:

London Dry Gin Style Botanicals: Juniper berries (minimum 65%), coriander seeds, dried granulated citrus peel (lemon, orange), liquorice root.

Mint Leaf Gin Style Botanicals: Juniper berries (minimum 65%), dried granulated citrus peel (lemon, orange), coriander seeds, liquorice root, dried mint leaves (1.6%).

Rosemary Gin Style Botanicals: Juniper berries (minimum 65%), dried granulated citrus peel (lemon, orange), coriander seeds, liquorice root, rosemary (2.4%).
