We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. A Kölsch: a German ale fermented cool so it drinks with the crispness of a lager. Pilsner and Vienna malt, hopped with Loral, from a Nice Guy's Brewery collaboration for Good Beer Week.
The style sits between an ale and a lager on purpose. Ferment it at the cold end of the ale range and it comes out clean and delicate; let it run warm and you get fruit esters the style is not meant to have.

What you get
- 16.5 L of pre-boiled, sealed wort in a cube
- No yeast — a Kölsch strain such as K-97 is what defines the style
There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Brewed with Nice Guy's Brewery.
