We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. An Irish red ale: malt-led, with caramel and toffee sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel rather than a hop bite. It suits a brewer who wants something easy to drink on tap and is happy to skip the mash.
Reds like this reward a soft pour. The style carries well on nitrogen, which pushes the creaminess further and softens what little bitterness there is, so it is worth considering if you have a stout tap.

There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order.
