We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. An extra pale ale from a Hop Nation Brewing recipe: pilsner and ale malt lifted with wheat and Vienna, bittered with Motueka and finished with Ella and Citra. Around 5.2% once diluted.
This is one of the few kits in the range that arrives with its dry hops, which matters because the aroma in an XPA fades fastest. Add them once the yeast has slowed, not at pitch, or you will scrub the aroma out with the CO2.

What you get

There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order. Brewed to a Hop Nation Brewing recipe.
