A 30 litre food-grade fermenter supplied complete with its lid and airlock grommet — ready to use rather than needing parts sourced separately.
Thirty litres is the practical size for a standard 23 L batch: enough headspace that a vigorous ferment will not push krausen into the airlock, without taking up more floor space than it needs to. The grommet is pre-fitted, so an airlock or blow-off tube seats straight in.
