Sweet with nutty hazelnut notes. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a Top Shelf spirit. Add essence and 620ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base "A" (made up as per Liqueur Base A instructions). Alternatively 200ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.

"I may this after being new to the process, only second run of my T500. Now I have tried other commercially available Hazelnut drops and knowing what has gone into mine and the love and detail in mastering my new craft, I can say Top Shelf Hazelnut was excellent and one could suggest it was made in the Abbey of Australia as it is better than other. Great nightcap or after dinner on a winters night."
