How to use
- Wash and sanitise the jars and lids.
- Add your oak chunks or chips and the spirit.
- Seal and store out of direct sunlight, tasting as it ages.
- Strain into bottles when it tastes right.

Why glass for ageing?
Glass doesn't add flavour, so all the character comes from the oak, and you can see the colour develop.
How much oak per jar?
It depends on the oak. Our bourbon barrel chunks, for example, use 100g per litre.
Can I buy them singly?
Yes, a single 4L jar with lid is also available.
