Signature on delivery is available for an extra $3. Australia Post options are also shown at checkout where available.
We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. For our courier and Parcel Post deliveries, estimated times from dispatch, in working days, from our Brisbane warehouse are as follows:

A gin gift set for the home distiller who wants to make their own gin two ways. The botanical packs are for distilling a proper vapour-infused gin through a gin basket, the same method commercial distilleries use. The two Pure Distilling gin essences are the quick option: no still needed, just neutral spirit or vodka.
All five items are Pure Distilling products, so they ship together in one parcel.
What's included
- 1 x Pure Distilling Australian Gin Botanicals 60g - includes Tasmanian pepperberry and lemon myrtle
- 1 x Pure Distilling London Dry Gin Botanicals 60g - juniper-forward, classic London Dry style
- 1 x Juniper Berries 100g - New Zealand juniper for building your own blend
- 1 x Pure Distilling London Dry Gin Essence 50mL - pine-forward juniper and citrus, flavours 2.25L
- 1 x Pure Distilling Pink Gin Essence 50mL - raspberry, strawberry and blackberry
How to use
Botanicals (needs a still with a gin basket): soak the larger botanicals, juniper and coriander, in 2.5L of neutral spirit at about 40% ABV for up to 24 hours. Strain, pour the spirit into your boiler, top up with water to roughly halfway, load the finer botanicals into the gin basket and distil. If your still doesn't have one, see the gin basket for the Pure Distilling reflux condenser.
Essences (no still): add one bottle to about 2.2-2.25L of 40% neutral spirit or vodka and mix well.
