G20 Glycol Chiller
The brand new Icemaster G20 packs a punch with its incredible cooling capabilities. This compact and quiet glycol chiller is perfect for home use, providing enough power to chill fermenters up to 300L or multiple smaller ones. Its 500-watt cooling power allows for crash chilling even in warm environments, making it a must-have for any home brewery or garage. Plus, it now includes a convenient duotight push-in Sight Glass. To maximize its potential, we highly recommend using Propylene Glycol with a 30% concentration.

Power Consumption: 155w
Max Flow (per pump): 600L/Hr
Integrated Pumps
This G20 Glycol Chiller comes with 2 built-in pumps and temperature controllers, allowing you to cool two fermenters simultaneously and independently at different levels. Simply set the main reservoir temperature to -4C, add 30% glycol, and adjust the other temperature on the G20 for your ideal fermentation conditions. No extra wiring required - the pumps are already included and wired for immediate use.
Chill Wort
Transforming wort from 100C to 50C is a breeze with the use of tap water. However, cooling from 50C to 18C can take an eternity. This is due to the possibility of tap water being as warm as 35C, making it nearly impossible to reach the desired 18C (ideal for yeast pitching). The Icemaster G20 effectively addresses this issue, utilizing sub-zero glycol to efficiently cool your fermenter to the perfect temperature for the fermentation process. (PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended to use this unit to chill wort only after it has already been cooled to <50C with water, as overloading the compressor may occur). This unit is compatible with several chiller options, including: a) BrewZilla 65L Immersion Chiller b) Coolossus Stainless Counter Flow Chiller c) BrewZilla 35L Chiller d) 20 Plate Chiller
Cool Your Bright Tank Fermenter/Kegmenter
Experience the difference with G20 - Glycol Chiller. Keep your fermentation at the perfect temperature in the hot Australian climate. Don't worry about unnecessary heating, as our chiller is specially designed to cool any size fermenter, even large and well-insulated ones. Let the natural activity of yeast do the heating while you sit back and relax. And for even more precise temperature control, pair the G20 with our Temp Twister product.
Heating
The G20 IceMaster glycol chiller can also be configured to provide heat for the reservoir. A push in port on the two temperature controllers allows for precise control of the heating function. Please note that submersible heaters are not included. For safety, it is recommended to have a trained electrician install any heating devices.
Compressor NOT Thermoelectric
While thermoelectric glycol units may be more cost-efficient, compressor cooling is essential for quickly and efficiently chilling wort. Despite the added cost in manufacturing, compressors are up to 6 times more electrically efficient, resulting in long-term savings. Additionally, compressors are more powerful and able to handle high ambient temperatures, unlike thermoelectric units. If you value the ability to crash chill your fermenter, compressor cooling is a must.
Installation Requirements
Proper maintenance of the air vents and radiator is crucial for maximum efficiency. A clearance of 100mm should be maintained around all air vents, and regular dust removal is necessary. Use a 20% Glycol/Water ratio to achieve a -8°C freezing point for optimal results.
