FAQ
How much spirit does one bottle of Top Shelf French Brandy Essence flavour?
One bottle flavours 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, enough for three standard 750mL bottles.
Can I use store-bought vodka instead of home-made neutral spirit?
Yes. Any clean, neutral 40% ABV spirit or vodka works as the base.
French Brandy or Napoleon Brandy?
Both are Napoleon style. French Brandy is the smoother, mellower of the two; Napoleon Brandy is fruitier with more oak and vanilla.
